                                         Positive and Negative Messages in the Work Place

                                     When being a in the work place you will need to be able to separate your positive and negative to other within the workplace. When writing positive messages within the work place you need to follow the 3-step process which is where you make sure that you make the situation and making sure that the letter or email stays on topic the entire time. The second step to this process is making sure that you polite and positive language while also knowing and understand completely who your message is going to so that you can apply any cultural differences and any organizational culture difference as well so that your message is only topic and applies to your company and to be completely specific to that one person. The third and a final step is to make sure that message has been proofread and has no errors. So, when writing a positive message in the work place you should make sure that you keep the message on topic while clearing stating the positive topic the message is about, while also making sure that it follows any personal culture or company culture guidelines to the message is understood completely by the reader, and finally the message should be one hundred percent professional with no errors. 

                                   When being in the workplace and writing a negative message the main thing to do is to follow the three-step process for negative messages within the work place. Step one of this process is to clearly state the bad new and make sure that the bad news has been stated and is know why this is an issue for the person or the company also to make sure that this bad news is something that is not going to happen again with the company. Second number two is to be as positive as possible and to not use any negative language to keep it as professional as possible. And the third and final step is to make sure that the message is professional with no error and has been proofread. Overall when writing a negative message to the and that is to make sure that the bad news is clearly stated and also it is stated to make sure that the issue has never happen again within the company, but also when writing a negative to make sure that you stay super positive and not to use any negative language to keep the company positive and efficient, and finally to make sure that the company is proofread and also has no mistake so it is professional.
